@zkokaja @VeritasJoker We should document details about various CSV files. I was trying to generate pickles for 777 and noticed some discrepancies..

Yea, seems like they can be cleaned up. Ken, do you remember differences between some of these files?

I know all-electrodes and all-electrodes2.csv. Here https://github.com/hassonlab/247-pickling/blob/main/scripts/tfspkl_build_matrices.py#L45-L62. The others, I don't.

I don't quite remember. These are all files that are already there when I joined I think. In 247-encoding/data on tigergpu I organized all the electrode files. For podcast there is a podcast_sig which is 160 electrodes and podcast_all which is more than a thousand electrodes. Not sure about the other files though.
