fix 2d visualization #31

Hi @hassony2,

So sorry about the changes in README for #30! This one should only be the necessary changes.

Another note, the joint visualization seems to be inverted along the y-axis about its own center on the left hand only. I couldn’t figure it out after trying some mirrors and inverts, so you might want to take a look at that.
