DataLoad: Tracking issue for limit on sent emails #173

Ran into the daily send email limit on Friday 3/11/2011.

Need to figure out what the limit(s) are. Maybe set up multiple accounts?

Also may want to set a per cake user limit on number of email alerts.

Implemented bulk email capability. Still working out a few kinks.
