Charts: Build country dashboard. #241

At this point in time you can have the following charts/tables:

Forex, Equity Indexes, GDP estimates.

In the future:
GDP historical data, government bond interest rates, debt, deficit, credit 
default swaps.

Main objective at this point is to complete an atl chart with all of the 
countries indexes graphed by %change. I have a datasource and an initial chart 
set up.

Main issue is that the legend is displayed on all single line at the top of the 
chart.

There is a gadget option to display the legend on multiple lines.

Working with propassion on getting index historical data loaded.

Need to make sure that everything is converted over to using countries_entities 
(need a many to many type structure because of Euro and USD, for example).

countries/linechart.php has to be converted.

Asia and Americas historical data has been provided. Still waiting on Europe.

Need to make sure GDP historical data is loaded.
