DataLoad: Populate historic data. #355

Use the following sources for populating historical data:

global equity indexs from yahoo:
http://uk.finance.yahoo.com/intlindices?e=asia

exchange rates:
http://www.exchange-rates.org/history/ARS/BOB/T

commodity futures (by hand):
http://www.wikinvest.com/special/Commodities?select=Meat+Commodities

s&p 400 stock quotes from yahoo.

Have code set up for importing currency data but running into specific issues. 
Need to troubleshoot the latest one.

Also need to work on historicaldataload function for loading currency futures 
data.

This is getting close to complete. I need to get the data from propassions 
(elance) and then also I'd like to load data for ~Feb2 - ~Feb 10 since there is 
a gap there. 

Maybe even try to load data for Jan 1-Jan20 since that is also missing.

Propassions data has been uploaded. Next work on 2/2 - 2/10 and 1/1 through 
1/20.

Haven't been loading yahoo indexes for some time. There are some minor gaps in 
yahoo stock and global equity indexes.

Bumping this down in priority for now.
