Found this in the google project documentation:
http://code.google.com/p/support/wiki/Permissions
"We do not offer path-based access control in our version control system.
Instead, you should agree with committers on expectated duties, and trust them
to act responsibly. If needed, you can roll back any egregious commits, but
those are rare in practice."

I should move the DataLoad code over to a separate project or a local

One issue I'm having right now is that the login page redirects to:
http://testdataload/svn/financereport/
Need to figure out how to configure apache and svn to use www.pikefin.com for
all urls.

Working with CKYConsulting on svn related issues -
1) Get tortoise svn working (priority 1A)
2) Get subclipse working (priority 1B)
3) Linux command line client working (2)
4) Get https/http links working (when I set up Alert Administration as https, I
want the link back to the main public page to be http)
