Issue with anytime date picker z-index #505

This seems to only happen with Opera, Dolphiin and default browser on android 
phone. Might need to open experts-exchange and/or SO thread for this.

The data picker control is very difficult to manage on mobile. Should detect 
and switch to typed entry (and will need validation then also).
