Fixes #269

Problem

Segments / detection spans / analytic unit statuses were not fetched sometimes (or fetched too late)

Changes

• fetch segments / detection spans / analytic unit statuses at every refresh
• fetch segments / detection spans when analytic unit statuses changes
• fix reconnect button
