Synchronization with hastic-server #64

We need to store everything connected to analytics (analytic units, segments) on the server. While in panel itself we shouldn't store any data, only take it from the server. The problem is when a user deletes segments and did NOT save the dashboard - he expects, that they will stay displayed.

I would add also that it is connected with bugs
