HASTIC_API_KEY and other env names review #817

We have in the config env variable HASTIC_API_KEY which is used to quering only Grafana. I am asking to review the name of this variable. Maybe HASTIC_GRAFANA_API_KEY ?

I propose HS_GRAFANA_KEY const, which will actually become hastic-datasource-specific connection variable

Let's change prefixes in all variables then? HASTIC_ -> HS_

@rozetko also would be great to add HS_SR_* for all related to hastic-server and HS_AL_* for everything specific for analytics
