chore: bump deps #113

Hey @hasundue, this is similar to #110 but should hopefully pass the CI checks. I'm particularly excited about this because the latest version of dax no longer uses to-be-deprecated APIs from deno, so there are no more warnings.

I also put some work into https://github.com/denoland/import_map/issues/60, so we should soon be able to bump that as well.
