Updates docs within the Supergraph Modeling section to have a more consistent and clearer structure.

Notably, above each page's ## Metadata structure section (which is auto-generated), we add the following:

• ## Introduction
• ## How [object] works
• ### Lifecycle
• ### Examples

Notably, the ## How [object] works section contains the following:

• A Lifecycle section that explains how to generate the object(s)
• An additional explanation of what the object does, especially in relation to other objects.
• Example(s) of the object's metadata.
• A table explaining in plain terms how to use the object and modify it.
