Description 📝

Adds a recipe section with a single recipe for using JWTs with Auth0. A few notes:

• The recipe is purposefully absent of screenshots; this will aid in maintainability as most configuration is done via Auth0.
• The recipe starts with safe assumptions: that a user has an Auth0 application and that they have a local web service which is in active development.
• These assumptions help to maintain the brevity and specificity of this recipe.
• If this is agreed upon, this same format can be used to rapidly turn out recipes for other auth providers.
