update private ddn docs, include customer managed data plane #678

Include more details on private ddn deployment pages. Reorder the position for data plane collaboration doc.

Assertion Tests 🤖

A user should be able to understand that there are two modes on self hosted (byoc) private deployment, one managed by hasura and another one managed by the user themselves, both on their kubernetes cluster.

Further, what data is transferred between control plane and data plane should be clear to the user.
