I want to specify a wildcard for the branch name #115

Hi Team! In the current implementation, the user have to comment out pre_receive.sh and build it on his own, but this change can be incorporated and controlled by environment variables.

This change did not work well. Environment variables do not appear in pre_receive.sh.
