Remove moved/deprecated content from community folder

The following directories have been moved:

[ ] examples -> boilerplates
[ ] boilerplates/gatsby-postgres-graphql -> sample-apps/gatsby-postgres-graphql
[ ] boilerplates/nextjs-postgres-graphql -> sample-apps/nextjs-postgres-graphql
[ ] (LETS NOT DO THIS) boilerplates/graphql-servers -> boilerplates/remote-schemas

We should remove them within the next few releases so we can announce the changes.

All sample apps need to be updated since they link to the source.
