Tests GHC 9.0.1 in CI #24

This is a small example, building off of #23, that shows how we might go about "supporting" 9.0.1 (i.e. just testing that it compiles & passes tests in CI.

No need to merge it unless we think that we want to test this against more than one version of GHC.

I think I broke this PR somehow when trying to rebase it off main. I'm closing and will create a new version.
