Odd content in the mssql limitations page #769

contains SQL Server pricing information and a note about deprecated SQL Server engine features.

It just seems odd to me that Hasura needs to call out these things at all, let alone on a page I'd expect to be documenting any limitations in how Hasura supports interacting with a MS SQL Server.
