Style, stack, test fixes

• use stylish-haskell (and document)
• fix compile for benchmarks
• warn for tests (and fix warnings)
• update stack config

There's a followup PR #38 to add CI that verifies these changes work. I chose to keep the PRs separate because this one seems pretty straightforward, while I see plenty of room for discussions on the CI PR.
