This looks like a lot of changes, but most of it is me making mistakes in git and then fixing them... sorry about that!

Main changes -

Added "Proficiency Bonus" field to creature stat block
Changed Alignment and Race to be Capitalized instead of lower case both changes are in accordance with new WoTC standard and I believe there's an issue open on the subject

Could you also link an image of the statblock format you're trying to emulate?
