Add support disclaimer for 5eTools #99

Great to see more tools popping up that support the 5eTools dataset, but we can't hold the support burden for all of them. You might also consider taking a second look at the exporter and trying to get it more compliant with the up to date data schema: https://github.com/TheGiddyLimit/homebrew/blob/master/_schema/bestiary/bestiary.json

Additional suggestion: Display which version of 5eTools CritterDB currently supports / has last made updates for.

We really should just remove support for this entirely, I think, as I'm not going to be able to keep up with 5eTools changes. But this disclaimer will help in the meantime. Thanks for making the change.

Sorry to hear that, it looks like a great tool and I'm sure some more technical users value it, even if they need to do a bit of work after the initial export. Maybe a warning message saying it's no longer supported but not stripping it out entirely.
