example api.yml contains AWS account details

.venv/bin/hatch api deploy examples/api doesn't work as the example api.yml contains reference to a specific AWS account.

@skovhus I'll fix this. There are two sides to it

• Figure out why boto wants a specific account it and see if we can avoid it. If not see if we can't get the account id through boto.
• Create an appropriate role automatically instead of using the one I made for an entirely different project ;)
