pefile outdated dependency

pefile and pefile2 pypi package are both from https://github.com/erocarrera/pefile and are packaging the same too, only a difference

• https://pypi.org/project/pefile2/ (2007 - 2013 releases with x.y.z format)
• https://pypi.org/project/pefile/ (2014 - 2019 releases with year.month.day format)

The last release from pefile2 (1.2.11) is very outdated (from 2013).

Then the author changed to the new format versioning and so the new release are available in the pefile pypi package instead.
