iso mode + iso default dst change + log fix

This PR adds iso mode to vmcloak. So you can :

• build install iso
• install it on physical machine or or a non supported vm
• user vmcloak install feature to manage the installs (yeah, office not really supported unless you put the iso/cd in)

with this it changes the iso save point to .vmcloak/iso instead of /tmp ... last one creates issues where / is as small as possible.

it fixes also log issue caused by bad definition
