a dialog to create a new interview - you can select a difficulty
once you have clicked create, it'll send an API call to create the interview, and you will go to the waiting room dialog
in the waiting room dialog, you can see the link to share (which will be the link for this waiting room) - so this dialog needs to be wrapped in a React Route

We will use sockets for updating the participants list The dialog should be a sharable link itself (so wrapped in a React route)
