added the demo user login functionality

What this PR does:

Enables a user to log into a demo user account

Screenshots / Videos:

Any information needed to test this feature (required):

Click the login demo user button at the bottom of the login
Go to the signup page by clicking the top-right 'create account' button and try out the feature there as well

Any issues with the current functionality (optional):

none
