What this PR does (required):

Created component for editing profile image
installed React font awesome to get delete icon

Any information needed to test this feature (required):

I removed the temporary link I used for styling, but it can be added back easily if we want. The component will be routed to as one of the tabs from the edit profile page once built
Run npm i in client folder to install font awesome libraries

Any issues with the current functionality (optional):

Static for now. Needs to be modified to upload and delete images from DB
