What this PR does (required):

create UI for listings / search page
create UI for individual Listing Card

Any information needed to test this feature (required):

follow link (to be deleted) to listings page
5 identical cards are hardcoded
I uninstalled font awesome and installed a mui datepicker (not in use yet), so just run npm i on the client
TODO fetch data and map over listings to fill up grid, add route to details page
