Hotfix codebreaking bugs #39

Fix the following bugs: -uncapitalizing the saved "token" cookie -removing all references to nonexistent ping and index pages -send username after signin api call -using exact path in App.js in order to view other pages properly

This hotfix is also included in Auth Redirect PR. If that one is approved, this one is not necessary.
