Adds dialogues to view Questions and Detailed Feedback in the "Past practice interviews" portion of the Dashboard.

Some file updates were caused by the implementation of Prettier.

I see that this is still indicating 43 files changes -- I think I see what has happened.

I pulled the Dev branch and merged commits, so every file that needed to be merged included a re-calibration with the Prettier extension. Thus entire files were changed entirely, making this PR look huge.

The only files that I really edited are in the folder Dialog -- otherwise it was minor changes, or Prettier changes.

Is there a better way to execute this request?
