What this PR does (required):

Implement client sends request to Express server for photo, then server grabs from S3 Bucket and send back to client to render.

N/A

Any issues with the current functionality (optional):

Current image is hardcoded - not too sure on how to grab key params on client (have GET request code on client side?)
Uploading from client then render photo to AvatarDisplay is incomplete
