What this PR does (required):

Include the following PRs under review to be able to merge it to another branch for the demo:

FE/IN: Feature availability page #79
Hotfix: Fix bugs, fetch data and add pending references in the sitters' detail page
Fix booking page refactor: Implement views for owner and sitters #97
Setup: SendGrid API

Please make a PR to merge this in to develop as well since all changes made to staging must also be made in develop! Thank you and great job getting this out!
