Add a build icon to the Readme page #117

What this PR does (required):

Add a status icon to our readme page to inform visitors of the status of the build on the staging branch/display a link to the build server.
Need to add more content still, Readme feels neglected... Any other proposals?

Pushed to staging because I have no clue if the team will approve of the build icon, let me know your opinions.
