Create a notifications dropdown from the navbar
Notifications button will have a badge to signal there are unread notifications
The dropdown will display unread notifications
When the notification is read (ie. when the dropdown is opened), mark it as read with a call to backend
Clicking a notification will take user to a relevant page

@hayderjebur I think we discussed this in our meeting yesterday. To summarize once again:

If a user clicks on a 'message' notification, we want to route them to the '/messages' view
If a user click on a 'service request' notification, we want to route them to the 'my-sitters' view Thanks
