notifications routing

What this PR does (required):

-Get all notifications for a user. -Get unread notifications. -Update notification to read. -Create notification

• Post what steps to take to be able to test this feature (eg. "sign up as a new user and upload a profile picture from the navbar")
• You need to login in so you can get a token because all routes are private.
