Revisit: Onboarding pages

In the mocks, there are a couple of onboarding pages that fill in the following information

• username (this will be used for the calendar link, this should be unique)
• availability (by week days, and used for calculating appointment slots available)
• timezone (so that even if your'e schedule with people outside of your timezone, it still reflects correctly)
