What kind of change does this PR introduce? (Bug fix, feature, docs update, ...)
Create .stylelintignore file.
Update stylelint version to "14.5.3"
What is the current behavior? (You can also link to an open issue here) The same current behavior.
What is the new behavior (if this is a feature change)? No new behavior.
