[AVL-34] Modify assignment documents

I've received the following feedback on the assignment documents:

• Assignment 3 isn't close enough to a real world scenario, and should be replaced.
• There should be an assignment where students build/replace parts of the RTOS.

Thus this issue will involve modifying the assignments to address this feedback

Potential RTOS replacement assignment:

• Keep the same navigation goal for assignment 1, but instead the tasks will be predefined.
• Students will implement a round-robing scheduler and a priority scheduler
• Students will assign the system parameters (frame size will be fixed)
  • Length of period
  • Periodic/Aperiodic
    • Aperiodic tasks are added to the scheduler by periodic tasks
  • How often each task is considered
  • How long each task is run for
  • Priority of each task

While this all looks really cool, I don't think we'll have the time to implement it. Thus I think its best to just replace assignment 3 for now, and the team can talk about putting RTOS programming on hold for now.
