[AVL-42] Update to newer Unity version #42

Currently the AVL project is set up to use Unity version 2019.3.0f6

The project should be updated to use version 2021.3.7f1

h-ostcode commented 2 years ago

Issue resolved itself after removing json files and rerunning package changes. Now runs without issue on Unity version 2021.3.7f1.
