Port NXP LPC15xx #196

Description Port LPCXpresso1549, it has the same usb controller as lpc11uxx and lpc13xx

Device connect and able to receive setup packet and ACK. However, setup packet is all-zeroes, something is not right with USB DMA SRAM.
