a11y: screen reader silent about whole item download #99

Here are the steps I did.

  1. Log in
  2. Turn on screen reader (orca)
  3. Go to a full view item (I did https://babel.hathitrust.org/cgi/pt?id=uva.x001511580&seq=1)
  4. In the "Download" section, I chose "Text (.txt)" and "Whole item"
  5. Click the "Download" button.
  6. The "Building your text" dialog pops up, but my screen reader seems unaware of it. When the dialog reaches "finished" stage, the screen reader still doesn't know what's happening. So experiencing this without vision, it seems like nothing happens after I click download, even though the things I requested are happening.

I also note that when I download a single page, I get the browser's own download notification, and the screen reader is aware of that one.
