generate_hathifile.rb no longer takes an {upd,full} type but generates all missing hathifiles
Use tempfile for generated hathifiles
ZephirFile and ZephirFiles classes for determining agenda for hathifile generation

I had a stale pushgateway in my local Docker that allowed test to pass that shouldn't have. We should be good now.
