This PR will pin this repo to use version v14.28 of the https://github.com/speakeasy-api/sdk-generation-action as a pinned version of the speakeasy CLI is being used and newer versions of the action will incompatible with this older version of the CLI.
This is done by creating copies of the imported workflow files from the sdk-generation-action repo and updated the version numbers to v14.28
