Media spoilers in Telegram #26

Recently Telegram added spoilers on images (and videos?), would be nice to have them here.

Seems to work with variable levels of success, use at your own risk, yada yada yada, you know the deal. Problem not on my side, wait for Telegram finally do its job properly
