[Feature Request] allow any user on a list #46

Example: create a list "NewsList" then add some users to that list.
On config user = all
And forward any toots from that list

That would probably also require changed template, but I guess that would be to the end-user. Plus, I haven't actually tested how well it's gonna work with different users in the same list, but I'll give it a shot
