unmapped dialogs appear when wmii restarted #129

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run some clients which unmap their dialog boxes.

   An example of an unmapped client is the warning dialog of the `xwrits`
program <http://www.lcdf.org/xwrits/ok.gif>, or the "Search and Replace"
dialog of the jEdit text editor.

2. Kill wmii and have your .xinitrc re-run it.

3. All previously unmapped dialogs are now visible in the floating layer.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

I expect the unmapped dialogs to remain hidden.

What version of the product are you using (wmii -v)? On what operating
system?
