wmii bar off does not work #163

What steps will reproduce the problem?

wmiir xwrite /ctl "bar off"
wmiir: fatal: cannot write file '/ctl': bad value

What version of the product are you using (wmii -v)? On what operating
system?
wmii-hg 2594 on ArchLinux

Please provide any additional information below.

I can confirm this bug.

wmii 3.9b1 on Debian Squeeze.

Where did you get this "bar off" command from?  It's not mentioned in the 
manpage.

This command is listed in PDF documentation. This function whould indeed be 
very usefull for me too and i think it shouldn't be hard to code.
