Stacking seems to minimize hidden windows #172

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Start gvim
2. Start Xterm
3. Create equal height split window in gvim
4. Set the wmii desktop into stacking mode
5. Toggle through the stack <alt-j> <alt-j>

The expected result is that the height of the buffers in VIM are the same
as I left them.

However the bottom buffer in vim is maximized and the top buffere is minimized.

This can only happen in VIM if the window size is altered. It seems that
WMII is changing the window dimensions rather than just hiding the window
which confuses vim. This used to work in older versions of WMII that I used
