Malfunctioning column resizing with multiple displays. #75

Closed GoogleCodeExporter closed 9 years ago

GoogleCodeExporter commented 9 years ago
What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Open 2 columns on each screen (2 screens in this case).
2. Attempt to resize the columns on the secondary screen using the mouse
and the column border.
3. Attempt to resize the columns on the primary screen using the mouse and
the column border.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?

Expected that the column borders on the secondary screen would be draggable
and allow me to change the width of columns on that screen. Expected the
same of the primary screen.

Instead dragging of column borders on the secondary screen is impossible.
Creating any number of columns on the primary and secondary screen then
attempting to drag the column border of any column on the primary screen
results in moving the border of the first column of the secondary display
(each time starting at the minimum column width).

What version of the product are you using (wmii -v)? On what operating system?
wmii-hg2399

Please provide any additional information below.

Yes, it's fixed (I believe). It's an old post from October 2008 around the time
we
were just getting Xinerama support and things were acting weird.
