Adding notes to images #105

One of our jurors has suggested that it would be very useful to be able to add free text notes to each image, and to be able to access that via the grid view (Edit Previous Votes).

Right now it is implemented only for ranking round. @slaporte it's doable to add it to rating/yesno rounds, right?
